Navistar shutting down Workhorse plant

(Sept. 12, 2012) -- Truckinginfo has revealed that Workhorse Custom Chassis in Union City, Ind. is going out of business and is due to shut down in October, though its owner, Navistar International Corp., is saying little about it.
