Navistar refunded $865,484 in Ohio tax settlement

(Sept. 11, 2012) -- The Springfield News Sun reports that a tax settlement between Northeastern Local Schools and Navistar Inc. requires the district to pay a $650,000 refund for the company’s overpayment of property taxes from 2007 to 2011.
