Plans for Carter County, Tenn., campground

(June 29, 2016) -- Tuesday was a landmark day for the Carter County, Tenn., Planning Commission, as it approved plans for a new campground in Roan Mountain. It was the first campground to be approved by the planners since county campground regulations were made less restrictive in April.
