Washington parks consider fundamental changes

(Sept. 10, 2012) -- Washington Parks and Recreation Commissioners reject the idea that Washington’s parks can be fully self-supported, and said they will ask lawmakers for at least $18 million to help fund parks for the next two years, reports The Wenatchee World Online.
