The end of freedom camping?

(June 24, 2016) -- For three months, freedom campers had flocked to the site on the Avon-Heathcote Estuary, one of a handful of havens across Christchurch, New Zealand, in which they could eat, wash and live by their own hand and not have to pay a cent.
