Tenants already arriving at N.D. indoor RV park

(Sept. 7, 2012) -- Just five miles north of Watford City lies the first-of-its-kind indoor RV park. The complex was expected to be completed by July, but due to construction delays and weather, the new time frame to get the complex completed is in November, writes the Williston Daily Herald.
