Road to Minn.’s Jay Cooke State Park to reopen in October

(Sept. 5, 2012) -- It has been two months since floods closed several roads throughout the Northland. But the Duluth News Tribune reports that visitors should be able to drive into Jay Cooke State Park by the end of October.
