One arrested after attempted kidnapping at Fla. RV park

(Aug. 31, 2012) -- A 46-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested Thursday night on charges of attempted kidnapping and aggravated assault, reports WKMG Orlando. He is accused of watching teens swim at an Osceola County RV park, and then later trying to kidnap them.
