In Colorado: Plague confirmed in human

(Aug. 29, 2012) -- A person is being treated for plague at a Denver hospital, reports the Denver Post. The individual is believed to have contracted the disease while "recreating with family" in the Cimarrona Campground in the San Juan National Forest.
