Mo. city looks to revise RV parking, storage laws

(Aug. 29, 2012) -- STLtoday.com reports that 65-year-old Harlan Johnson has a motorhome and two boats parked on his property. He has lived in Ellisville for 34 years, and has never had a complaint, but is now among those protesting the city's planned changes on where and how many RVs can be parked on residential properties.
