Rabbinical students take RV trip across Russia

(Aug. 24, 2012) -- Chabad.org reports that groups of rabbinical students have been making their way across Russia in specially-outfitted recreational vehicles, dubbed “Mitzvah Tanks,” to inspire and teach others, and strengthen Judaism throughout the country.
