Mont. RV park to pay $12,000 fine for faulty record keeping

(Aug. 23, 2012) -- As part of a negotiated consent decree with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Lincoln Road RV Park in Helena will pay a $12,000 civil penalty for drinking water monitoring and reporting violations, reports the Helena Independent Record.
