Record levels lead to flooding at Texas campgrounds

(May 10, 2016) -- Monday marks record levels of water elevation at Lake Wright Patman, in Texarkana, Tex., due to frequent rains. Officials said the number one priority of the lake is flood control, but it comes with a sacrifice to campgrounds.
