Star Valley, Ariz., rejects plea of RV owner

(May 2, 2016) -- Star Valley, in January, received a request for a conditional use permit to use a RV as a residence on a commercial property. The request was submitted by Peter Dennis McCorry and signed off on by the property owner, Steve Glissendorf.
