Ghost Valley, Alberta, residents describe lawlessness

(April 22, 2016) -- He said random backcountry camping is allowed in the Ghost River Forest Reserve, which is northeast of Banff, but a lack of oversight has attracted campers who aren’t there for a walk in the woods.
