Mitchell, S.D., to review proposed parking ordinance

(April 22, 2016) -- After hearing some backlash on a series of ordinance changes that would wipe trailers and campers off Mitchell streets, Mayor Jerry Toomey is looking to find the best possible solution for all stakeholders.
