Freedom campers owe council $5800 in fines

(April 6, 2016) -- Illegal freedom campers owe the Marlborough District Council nearly $6000 in unpaid fines. The council is chasing 29 campers to cough up their outstanding debts, with some in no hurry to pay their infringement.
