Spring weather reveals lots happening at Cape park

(March 11, 2016) -- This week’s summer­-like weather brought a steady procession of visitors to the office at Cape Henlopen State Park seeking annual park passes and surf-fishing stickers. Those taking advantage of the nice weather to hike and bike also saw evidence of millions of dollars’ worth of improvements underway.
