(Aug. 1, 2012) -- The owner of the Grand Beach Entertainment Centre is looking for a buyer to breathe new life into the near-dormant development. Lawrence Hadiken, owner of Selkirk Quarries Ltd., is asking $5.8 million for the 477-acre property, reports the Winnipeg Free Press.
