Leisure Systems adds Westover as vice president of operations

(March 8, 2016) — Jim Westover has joined Leisure Systems, Inc., filling the newly created position of vice president of operations. Westover will be charged with developing, managing, organizing and creating programs that advocate the strategic objectives of the franchise system.
