Judge Dalton ordered to pay fine for RV in driveway

(March 8, 2016) -- An adjudicator recently ordered that Kane County Judge John Dalton and his spouse, Rich Jacobs, must pay a $250 fine for keeping a recreational vehicle in their Elgin, Ill., home's driveway in violation of city code.
