Drew Industries Inc. today (Feb. 29) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components Inc. (LCI), has acquired certain assets and business from Flair Interiors Inc., a manufacturer of RV furniture with locations in Goshen and Fort Wayne, Ind.
