Cummins increases dividend to $0.98 per share

(Feb. 10, 2016) -- Cummins declared a quarterly dividend on Feb. 9. Stockholders of record on Feb. 19 will be given a dividend of 0.975 per share on March 1. This represents a $3.90 dividend on an annualized basis and a dividend yield of 3.91%.
