RV Park conversation for Mich-E-Kewis resurfacing

(Feb. 3, 2016) -- It's been about 12 years since the original master plan was developed for Alpena, Mich., and a lot has changed, so the city decided Mich–E–Kewis beach is grossly underutilized and it's time to move forward and investigate the idea.
