Police standoff ends with two men in custody

(Jan. 27, 2016) -- A police standoff at Salt Creek RV Park in Port Angeles, Wash., with a wanted felon who said he was holding another man hostage ended at 4:27 p.m. today as both men surrendered to authorities.
