State parks plot ways to lure people in

(Jan. 20, 2016) -- Washington State Parks wants to add more cabins along the lake, start a loyalty rewards program, offer an internet special on a cottage, and more, to reduce high vacancy rates at parks this time of year and help ease its budget crunch.
