Budget mess may keep campgrounds closed

(Jan. 11, 2016) -- The Illinois budget crisis may keep the campgrounds closed this year at Kankakee River State Park, consistently one of the most attended state parks in Illinois, with as many as 1.6 million annual visitors recently.
