Use limits may be next for crowded wilderness area

(Dec. 7, 2015) -- Things are at the point in the Conundrum Hot Springs area outside Aspen, Colo., that the Forest Service is considering something unprecedented in the White River National Forest — imposing outright limits on how many people can stay overnight in a certain location.
