Calif. RV park given "$141,000 surprise"

(July 3, 2012) -- The RV park at Napa Valley Exposition is supposed to help the fairgrounds survive the loss of state financial support. But fair directors learned last week that the Expo may owe $141,500 in sewer hookup fees to Napa Sanitation District, reports the Napa Valley Register.
