Officials break ground on cabins, campground

(Nov. 25, 2015) -- A groundbreaking ceremony took place Tuesday afternoon for the Foxtail Orchards Cabins and Campground, in West Virginia, which will be home to cabins built in memory of officers and military personal that lost their lives in the line of duty.
