Residents of RV resort upset at board

(Nov. 12, 2015) -- There are some unhappy campers at a Tampa Bay-area RV resort who claim the board of directors overseeing the RV resort, voted to spend a certain amount of money to buy some much-needed generators and then paid more than double what they voted to spend.
