Bastrop RV park left recovering after flood

(Nov. 5, 2015) -- Dozens of displaced renters who took refuge in the Walmart parking lot after the Halloween flood left much of the KOA RV campground along the Colorado River in Bastrop underwater are now being allowed back home.
