Welland waterfront plan comes back to life

(Nov. 3, 2015) -- Staff presented a report outlining the possibility of moving forward on developing lands adjacent to the canal for both mixed residential-commercial purposes in addition to establishing an RV park or campground on the northern reaches of the recreational canal.
