Arrest made in Va. RV park double homicide

(June 22, 2012) -- WAVY-TV reports that thanks to tips from the Crime Line, Brian Smith, of Hampton, has been arrested and charged in connection with a double homicide at the Davis Mobile Home and RV Park in Newport News.
