‘Seasonal’ campground hard to define

(Oct. 20, 2015) -- At the meeting on Sept. 21 of this year a letter was brought to Central Huron, Ontario, council’s attention that claimed Pine Lake Campground was being used as a year-round residence for a portion of the people living there.
