Del. couple charged with animal cruelty after 94 cats discovered

(June 12, 2012) -- A Milford-area couple has been charged with animal cruelty. Delmarva Now reports that 67-year-old Paul Wintjen and 65-year-old Paula Wintjen were living in an RV with their "50 favorite cats" in deplorable conditions.
