Abandoned RV blocks campers from sites

(Sept. 18, 2015) -- Campers who paid big bucks to park their rigs on Fiesta Island, Calif., for this weekend's Bayfair may be out of luck as someone parked an RV in their spaces and the campers say the city refuses to tow it away.
