Edmonton-area fraudster won’t get new trial

(Sept. 17, 2015) -- A Millet-area businessman’s attempt to get a retrial after being convicted of 31 fraud charges connected to his recreational vehicle business last year has been shut down by the Court of Appeal of Alberta.
