Scott, La., reviewing RV ordinance

(Sept. 11, 2015) -- Scott, La., Mayor Pro Temp Jan Richard introduced an ordinance at the city’s council meeting Sept. 3. He said a neighbor in his subdivision cam to him with concerns about an RV parked in front of someone’s lawn.
