Sewage from RVs found in Johnson Creek

(Sept. 10, 2015) -- Over the past five years, police have made drug, weapons and prostitution arrests at a Portland, Ore., property, but police said the discovery of sewage flowing from illegally camped RVs into Johnson Creek was the final straw.
