Campgrounds open in Montana September 4, 2015 by Rebecca Smith (Sept. 4, 2015) -- People planning to camp along the Pioneer Scenic Byway, south of Wise River, Mont., this Labor Day weekend will have access to almost all campgrounds, day-use areas, and dispersed camping areas.
