(Sept. 3, 2015) -- The landlord of an unauthorized RV park in Calhan, Colo., is speaking out after News 5 Investigates aired a story that uncovered numerous health and safety violation filed against the property by both El Paso County Public Health and El Paso County Land Development Services.
