Kansas Point closing for electrical upgrade September 2, 2015 by Rebecca Smith (Sept. 2, 2015) -- Starting Sept. 10, the Kansas Point Campground at the inlet of Lake Maloney in North Platte, Neb., will be closed to update the electrical units at each campsite.
