Patrick Industries acquires North American

(Sept. 1, 2015) — Patrick Industries announced it has completed the acquisition of the business and certain assets of Edwardsburg, Mich.-based North American Forest Products, and its wholly owned subsidiary, North American Moulding (collectively, North American).
