Park River to develop campground

(Aug. 26, 2015) -- Today, the Park River Parks and Recreation District will break ground on a new $320,000, 20-acre RV park in the Green Acres Subdivision of Grand Forks, N.D. The North Dakota Outdoor Heritage Fund provided $240,000 toward the project.
