Campers light the night in Iowa State Fair contest

(Aug. 24, 2015) -- Delores Carroll of Lucas County won Grand Champion honors in the annual Campground Lighting contest judged Friday at the 2015 Iowa State Fair. Delores earned free camping for the entire 2016 Fair.
