Phoenix campgrounds petition recycling facility

(Aug. 24, 2015) — Citing noxious odors and unacceptable threats to their health and safety, more than 150 Deer Valley area residents and businesses in Phoenix, Ariz., are filing petitions today demanding that the city’s Board of Adjustment shut down the Green Earth Recycling facility.
