Drew Industries expands into marine furniture

(Aug. 10, 2015) — Drew Industries Incorporated announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI), has acquired the business and certain assets of Roehm Marine, LLC, also known as Signature Seating (Signature).
