Couple wants stricter laws after dog killed at Calif. RV park

(May 17, 2012) -- KSBY reports that a Nipomo couple is grieving the loss of their dog Comet after he was killed by another dog at the Morro Dunes RV Park in Morro Bay on Mother's Day.
