Lead, S.D., tightens up RV parking ordinances

(June 17, 2015) — Commissioners with the city of Lead unanimously passed a number of revisions to the city’s residential and commercial parking ordinances that largely address non-operational vehicles, the Black Hills Pioneer reported.
